Plot a scalogram in App Designer

I'm developing an application with App Designer and i would like to plot a scalogram (function "cwt") within the object UIAxes. Considering that "cwt(___) with no output arguments plots the CWT scalogram", how can it be done?

Doesn't look like cwt has an option for a different UIAxes. However, you could create your own function for plotting a scalogram using a combination of contour or pcolor. Then this could be put on the UIAxes instead.
