How to simulate G/G/1/K queue?

Hi.
I have been trying to draw graphs for expected request completion time and many other parameters using different different queueing models. As of now, I have got struck in G/G/1/K queue. Could anyone please explain how can simulation of a generalised queueing model be made successful?
