stm32F429 problems in external mode

hello everybody, Hello every one, I'm an electrical engineering student, and I'm trying to connect my STM32F429 board with simulink in external mode. i haven't find any answer which can resolve the problem, please if someone can help me.
for com17 i don't know how can i use it because i use STLink connection.
i get this errors showed in the picture :
