Can anyone sign up in Thingspeak

I am having an error while signing up the ThingSpeak, so we need any additional requirements for logging in / registering?

Call the Mathworks. You might ask for Hans in the Thingspeak department.

Yes.
If you have an existing MathWorks Account, you can sign in to ThingSpeak using that account's credentials. If you do not have a MathWorks Account, you can create one by signing up on ThingSpeak.
