How to plot the ROC curve of an image filter

I filtered some medical images in order to reduce the noise present in them and I'd like to plot the ROC curve to compare with other noise reduction methods. I have the original noisy images, the output filtered images and quality metrics values (PSNR, SSIM, SNR, MSE) of each filters.

Using the perfcurve (Statistics and Machine Learning Toolbox) function, create the ROC curve.
