It gives a warning that the file you mentioned is not in MATLAB‘s path. You could specify the path while simulating the model. Consider using addpath().

I've installed PSAT module, and while opening the model shown below from Psat library, i get this warning.

it doesn't matter. you can run power flow analysis and other analysis from PSAT
