converting matlab to .csv file

I have a lot of matlab data files, is there a tool that will convert these files to a .csv file?

csvwrite() or dlmwrite()
If the .mat files involves multiple variables, how do you want to put together the .csv file?
If the .mat files involve cell arrays, you may need to use xlswrite() or format the data yourself with fprintf()
