How can I install mosek in matlab for free?

The website doesn't look like it is a free product. The API is probably described it the documentation of mosek. What have you tried to find yourself?

Do you really need the commercial product MOSEK, or would one of the many freeware optimisation toolboxes suffice. How about Opti?

It is after working hours in Demark where mosek is located.

As far as I know, no-one who volunteers here has anything to do with MOSEK except perhaps as a customer. None of us has the authority to give you a license.

I use windows 10 (64 bit). Is MOSEK version 9.0.91 (June 3, 2019) which is for Windows 8, Server 2012 or newer for 64 bit may work in my computer

It might work. The documentation is not clear. I do find people mentioning that they have mosek running on Windows 10.
