Does MATLAB R2010b have a symbolic math toolbox?

Does MATLAB R2010b have a symbolic math toolbox? I can find it in the root of the file. But when I search it in the start menu in the matlab window, I cannot find one. Anybody know how to deal with this?

It is an optional extra-cost product for all available editions of 2010b. (The symbolic toolbox is included in the Student Edition versions of MATLAB, but the Student Edition is 2010a not 2010b)
