Matlab R2019a start up error Java problem Windows 10 Win1o

I recently installed Matlab R2019a but the software will not start at all . Returns the following error illustrade in the attached pix. I installed the lattest MinGW 64 but made no difference. My previous R2018 version was working witout any problem. Also configured Environmental variables made no difference.
