How to do uniform random sampling for a small spherical patch?

This kind of diagram of spherical patch. I need to do uniform random sampling for this patch for using with Monte Carlo code. Centre is at (0,0.0.6). The angle shown in the image is 32 degree. Kindly give me suggestion, how to do this.
