Questions to Random Integer Generator

Hello,

The parameter ‚Sample time’ in ‚Random Integer Generator’ must be configured. Can it be considered as the baudrate of the generator? For example: 1e-6 = 1M Baudrate? I think it does not matter if ‘Frame-based output’ or ‘Sample-based output’ is configured and I tried some times. Is it ture?
