Matched Points not working.

I am using this example given by mathsworks:https://uk.mathworks.com/help/vision/examples/feature-based-panoramic-image-stitching.htmlto learn panoramic stitching. It works fine, but when I use my own set of images I get errors such as not enough features matched. Now I assume this is because at some stage the images after each other dont have enough matching points to be able to stitch.

So I was wondering how I would go about altering the code so that it would work around this problem. Can supply my set of images if need be.
