Transform Matrix depth in cartesian coordinates

hello, I built a depth matrix with dji guidance, and I would like to do a 3D reconstruction of the plan in matlab, I understand that I should transform the spherical coordinates into Cartesian coordinates and then plot them with scatter3. I tried the sph2cart method, but it did not work well, or maybe I did not apply properly. Thank you
