Normally the IGBT block are idea,l so the output voltage is just a step.

Simscape Electrical includes multiple Simscape-based IGBT models with different levels of detail. The IGBT (Ideal, Switching) block is the lowest level of detail and represents the IGBT as an immediate on/off transition. The N-Channel IGBT block provides the capability of either Simplified I-V characteristics and event-based timing or Full I-V and capacitance characteristics. Either block also permits optional representation of thermal effects - for low detail the thermal model doesn't impact the electrical behavor, for high detail the temperature affects the electical parameters.
The best way to get started would be to review these examples:
If you start with the Three-Phase PMSM Drive example, and update the IGBTs to be N-Channel IGBTs you should be closer to the system you require.

Hey Andrew,
thanks a lot!
i'm actually building a model to simulate the voltage at electric motor terminal. According to literature, the rise time of the output voltage of the inverter and the length of the cable are significant.I've uploaded a small simulink model in the attachment. Can you have a look at it ?
I wonder if it is ok, if i use the "rate limmter" block to create a rise- and falltime at the output of the inverter.
And "Distributed Parameter Line" block is so far the best block to simulate the wave propagation phenomena and line end reflections. I want to know , if there is a bettet way to connect the simscape block and the specialized power system block? I am also not so sure , what i've done in this model legit or not.
Best wishes!
