How to get a (b,x)-plot of the curve where b varies from 0 to 10 and x varies from 0 to 1
I have tried the following
ezplot('40*b^2*x-9*b^2-60*b*x+72*b-144')
axis([0 10 0 1])
But not getting the curve after b=6.2. Is there any better way to plot it.

It shouldn't be too hard to pry out x from this equation. Getting out b is a bit more tricky.
40b^2x-9b^2-60bx+72b-144=0
-9b^2+72b-144=-40b^2x+60bx
x=(-9b^2+72b-144)/(-40b^2+60b)
%in Matlab syntax:
Fun=@(b) (-9*b.^2+72*b-144)./(-40*b.^2+60*b);
