Marker points are not fully visible

a = datenum(x1);
datetick('x');xlabel('Date');
grid on
As you can see in the picture attached the marker points are not fully visible.
Is this a problem of my laptop? or is it Matlab?
Sometimes i have to minimize and maximase 2-3 times the figure so I can make these points appear
.
