difference between sil and mil

All test cases passes in MIL will fail in SIL .what are the main defects can come in SIL when compared to MIL and what are the reasons for it ?

Well, I guess if I knew what MIL and SIL stood for...

Mother-In-Law and Sister-In-Law.

I guess that MILs will babysit, while SILs are too busy with their own kids to babysit.
