issue in niqe function

I am getting following error while using niqe function.

Undefined function or variable 'niqe'.

I=load_images('./images/flash');

figure;

for i=1:2

subplot(1,2,i);

imshow(I(:,:,:,i));

end

F=DSIFT_exposure_fusion(I,16,0);

figure;

imshow(F);

Score = niqe(F);

May be, you are using the Matlab version before R2017b
