How to plot a graph from matrix each row elements should start plotting from row number

I want to plot a graph from a matrix which contains 12 rows and 150 columns. Each row element should start plotting from row number.

I'm not certain what you want though , see if the below satisfies your needs:

I am attaching my graph below, on Y axis all the row elements starting graph from zero, I want to start the graph for 1 st row from 1 and second row from 2 and so on.

For instance how do you want the graph for the below matrix:

matrix = [1,2;3,4] %?

1 and 2 are in row 1 so it should start print from y axis 1.

3 and 4 are in row 2 so it will start printing from y axis 2.
