Decimal point disappear when i use matlab read xlsx file. Is there anyone know how to solve this problem?

As Walter Roberson wrote, confusion reagrding the decimal radix character is quite likely.
It is also obvious from the Excel screenshot that some of the "numbers" are left-aligned, whereas others "numbers" are right-aligned. That usually indicates that some of the "numbers" are not being stored as numeric values but at text (an incorrect decimal radix character or thousands separator is likely to be the cause).
The solution is to fix your Excel workbook to ensure that numbers are not stored as text.
