You have run out of messages

Hi,

I ran out of messages and waited until the year was over. Shouldn't I be able to write again values to my channel? It still shows "You have run out of messages as of: July 15, 2019. But under "my account" free messages Expiration Date: 31 Aug 2020 and Remaining 3,000,000 is shown.

Can someone staff can cleared the cache for me?
