How to display output results (image + data) from varargout in AppDesigner

Hi,

I wrote a function which outputs a labelled image (using 'export_fig', fileexchange), and some data acquired from analysis of the image. Im using varargout to access these outputs. I would like to display (1) the labelled image, (2) the data as accessed from varargout (see screenshot of app). However, every time the user clicks 'Process sample...' I would need the output to update every time a new sample is loaded and analyzed. 'Summary results' in the app screenshot are single % values, while the 'data' table will display ~12 columns of data from 200-300 objects in the analyzed image. How do I get AppDesigner to access these outputs using callback/s, and how to make sure they are updated every time a new sample is analyzed? I'm sorry if this is a simple question, or been asked a million times before, but I cant find much help. I'm using v2019b.
