How to fit data to sawtooth waveform?

Hi, I have some measured data, which is supposed to be a sawtooth waveform, however, due to sampling issue, some data points are missied. Thus, i want to fit the data to a sawtooth function to recover the missed points. Is this possible to do with the matlab curve fitting tool?

curve fitting tool has all options listed here which doesn't have sawtooth function in any direct way
