How to do least square solutions

Hello Sir, I have an equation x=argmin (norm(A*xo-b))^2) How to take argmin for this equation. If A=[1 2;3 4] and initial value of xo=[2;4] and b=[3 2;7 8] then how to take argmin to get the solution. Please help
