How to find a way to make quadrilateral 4 node elements in Matlab PDE solver

Hi, I have thousands of rectangles with different geometries and I want to mesh all of them with structured quadrilateral elements. Matlab PDE solver just makes a triangular elemnts. I am wondering any body khnows any way or trick to make quadrilateral elements in Matlab PDE since it's hard to import all of these models to Gmsh or other mesh genarator softwares.
