The simulation takes too much to run, should i change parameters in my source?

Hi everyone,

I am trying to model and simulate a model of dc motor connected to the rigid disk. Disk is connected to springs and dampers.

My state space is correct, but as two inputs to the system i have voltage V and external torsion Text. (i defined them as step inputs, but i can also use constant input and it wont solve my problem).

After connecting scope to my system it takes about 15-20 min to run the simulation and then the program crashes, without giving me the plots I want.

Is there a more efficent way of obtaining response of my system, that wont crash my computer? Maybe my parameters for the inputs are not correct, if so what do you recommend to do?
