How can I modify the shallow feed forward neural net code to deep neural network?

Hello eveyone,

I am trying to use the ANN for predicting the time series value based on the input of several input variables. Initially, I have used the shallow network, but I also would like to check the performace of deep neural network. How can I change the number of layer in the code?
