Clarke and Wright savings algorithm

Dear all,

is there any Matlab implementation of the Clarke and Wright savings algorithm for capacitated vehicle routing problems? I am trying to solve the exercise that can be found at this link:

I wonder if there is a Matlab implementation of this algorithm that I can use for testing or I need to build my own implementation from scratch.
