Adafruit/Neopixel won't upload on board

Hello everybody! I want to control a led strip with matlab for a visible light communication project but i can't seem to create an arduino object with the Neopixel library. Can anyone help me? COM3 is the right port and I can create a "normal" arduino object using arduino('COM3','Uno') to control a regular led.

Solved my own problem. I didn't read the documentation of library correctly. Blame it on bad english. If anyone has the same problem, hit me up!
