Reading raw data from NetSDR

I have been able to capture streaming data from an RFSpace NetSDR.
A text file and a data file are attached. The text file is header information. The data file has been zipped since the original file was greater than 5 MBytes.
Is there a way to read this data into MATLAB?
And to timestamp all the samples?
