how to convert a .mat file to a .bb file

Hey. I have some samples from a spectrum analyzer and it saves the data in a .MAT format. I see that I can use the Bluetooth module to do what I want with the data. Can you tell me how to convert to a .bb file in order that I can use the comm function?
