bin_data=i​mbinarize(​r_data);

I use matlab 2018a , the code :

bin_data=imbinarize(r_data);

the error was

Undefined function or variable 'imbinarize'.

can anyone help me?

You need to have the Image Processing Toolbox installed and licensed.

Note: imbinarize was new in R2016a, but you do have a version more recent than that.
