license and number of installations

Greetings,

For my license, my understanding is that I can install Matlab at up to 4 locations, am I right? The "locations" are defined by the MAC address, right?

If I uninstall one Matlab from one MAC address, will MATHWORKS automatically track that I have one less installation? Since I plan to install Matlab on AWS cloud where I may have different MAC addresses when I run my virtual machine in different AWS regions, I just want to make sure my understanding is correct so I can plan my installation accordingly.
