How do i plot annual histograms where year(x axis) and rainfall(y-axis)?

I want to plot the years on x-axis and rainfall on y-axis. I can't seem to get the dates right.I need it to be annual at the end, so the three points avarage rainfall will be plotted in 2013.I am not sure how can i bring the dates to Matlab from excel that will allow me to plot the histogram in such manner. Any help/Advice is much appriciated.Thank you!

If I understood your purpose right, do you want plot cumulative rainfall for the year 2013?

so you want to have 3 points in the plot, which each of them represents cumulative rainfall in each climate station?

Yes something similar. I want the final three points to be average of each station. I am mostly struggling to arrange the dates so that i can plot the graph
