How to choose the table row with similar properties?

There is a table that I need to make a box plot out of it. I want to choose the rows that has the same scalefactor and mask_type. How can I do that?

However your scale factors are floating point numbers and you should not assume that they are bit for bit equal. You could perhaps multiply by 100 and round.
