code to plot the data acquired using ni-6255

I have connected function generator to data acquisition card and i want to access the data ( signal generated by the function generator ) using matlab

even though i used the programs from help i could not get any data(plot)

doubts: Is it necessary to stored the signal before being plotted ? every time i run the program i end up with new output signals.
