it's possible to update some parameters during the iteration of the dynamic analysis using PDE tool box?

I am using matlab pde toolbox for simulating some structural dynamic analysis problem. I would like to update some measurement data into simulation. For example, displacements or accelerations. How can I do it? It's possible? Thank you very much.
