How to estimate actual position of an object from video data?

So I have the coordinates for the center of an object tracked in a video.
However, the coordinates are given in pixels as expected.
Is there a way to compute the actual position (in real world coordinates) of the object. I have the stereo calibration parameters for the cameras used for tracking.
