convert data into 1D and clustering using dbscan ,optics and denclue

I want to convert the data into 1 D data and clustering using dbscan,optics and denclue. How can I do that ? Please help me.

I do not understand how "optics" is related to the question ?

There is always a way to visualize results. The question is whether there is a useful way that gives insight into what is happening.

In the case of the data in your file, I would suggest that the answer is NO, there is no useful way to visualize it after the processing you propose. I do not expect that your approach can work for that data file. I think to make sense of that file, you are going to need to process in 2D rather than in 1D.
