image processing toolbox in R2017b version

I am using MATLAB R2017b version from academic license of Myl University.

How I can use the image processing toolbo in R2017b version?

Should I buy 2019R version??

Academic licenses almost always include the toolbox already, so you might simply need to use the installer to install the toolbox.

Hi, type the command ver to get a list of all installed toolboxes. Check the list to find whether The Image Processing Toolbox is installed or not.

If not then you follow the installation instructions here.
