Quantile function isn't working

I'm running a code on two computers, one has R2019b and the other has R2019a. On the first computer, the code works fine. On on the second, I get the following error: Undefined function 'quantile' for input arguments of type 'double'.

quantile is part of the Statistics and Machine Learning Toolbox. You probably do not have that installed on the second computer.
