3D plot with surface color

Thank for your attention.

I have Ux , Uy & Uz which are the coordinates for each nodes constucting by a matrix 16 by 1.

e.g Ux=(16x1) [ 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16] T

I would like to generate a 3D plot with surface colour within the shape that is shown below.

Would you mind giving me a hand as I had tried to use surf(this is not my expect) and trisurf with facecolor which cannot demonstrate as well as I wanted.

Anyway, hope you can leave me some suggestions. Thx a lot
