I am trying to open Simulink but an error massege pops up in command promt as follows:

Undefined variable "SLM3I" or class "SLM3I.SLCommonDomain.isStateflowLoaded".

Its not clear what qss_tb_library is. In case you are trying to open Simulink, use the following command in command window
simulink
