Intersect in a loop

I have a loop of n vectors t and x and I need to extract the common t values among them. How can I implement that in a loop ? I have found a very close answer from this link

but I dont understand the varargin and vararout. Please kindly help a newbie like me.

An example of your data would be helpful. It is hard to follow your description and I would be guessing.
