How can I display list of image similiar using color feautre based on image references(image that im upload in gui)

Hii im from indonesia..im working with color-based image retrieval ..i have a database list of image representation using excel containing header (list of various color = total color 27) + 1 column as filepath , so total columns are 28..and then rows containing percentage each color values of image and filepath..

my question is how can i show list of images from folder and show in GI that similiar with prefernces images that im upload in GUI?? fyi my threshold is = 1.6155
