National Instruments cDAQ-9172 shows up but can't use in Simulink

title says it all. when i try to run it on Simulink and add an anlog input, it gives me this error:

but the device shows up, i just can't do anything with it.. screenshot attached

Did you install to use NI myDAQ?

Yea I did, I downgraded to the correct version bc my cDAQ is old

I restarted my computer and it worked, I guess it’s bc I installed the NI DSP driver as an add-on

Could you use the following command to check if the hardware is connected?

s = daq.getDevices

If you get correct return, you can get following message.

(The name of the device will be the HW you are using.)

It was connected, I restarted my computer and it worked...
