Xilinx system generator 2019.2 configured with matlab 2018b blocks do not show up!!!

The Xilinx system generator 2019.2 configured with matlab 2018b with no problem, and the xilinx blockset also apear in the simulink library, but the blocks in it do not show up. Did anyone also encouter this problem? How to solve it
