Detection Clustering block for Preprocessing of the radar signals

Can I get any Information about Detection Clustering used in AEB using Sensor Fusion example in simulink, it's quoted as a helper block, yet no information in the simulink help or any information about usage of this Detection Clustering block. Though it has been used in the Model Examples, no information is given for the block and also not present in the Simulink library.

In order to assign the detections classified by sensor fusion block, detection clustering block is used. It is used to allocate the detections to the corresponding actors.

Therefore, Detection Clustering block is being used to cluster all the detections generated by the Sensor Fusion block (eg. radarDetectionGenerator). Here cluster distance is used as a parameter in the block.
