Command not recognized as an internal or external command

We are getting some error when we try to run a Trace file on MATLAB.

This error was not there till now only started occurring after the MATLAB's license was updated recently.

Error:

>> run('C:\Users\.......\Model\Trace.m')

'C:\Users\...\AppData\Roaming\MathWorks\MATLAB'

is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

Please let me know if there is any suggestion about this kind of error.
